4. Course & Educational Content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course content for personal learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our courses without explicit permission.

4.2 Course Access

• Course access is valid for the duration specified at purchase (typically lifetime).
• Courses may be updated or modified at our discretion.
• We do not guarantee specific job outcomes or salary increases.

4.3 Certificates

Course completion certificates are issued when you meet all requirements. Certificates are only valid if courses were completed using your own credentials. Sharing certificates violates these Terms.

5. Refund Policy

• Courses: 7-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date if you are not satisfied.
• Refund requests must include original order number and reason for dissatisfaction.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds for demonstrated misconduct or course completion.

6. Payment & Razorpay Processing

6.1 Payment Method

We use Razorpay as our payment processor. Razorpay is a PCI-DSS compliant secure payment gateway that accepts multiple payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.

6.2 Security & Data Protection

• Your payment details are NOT stored on our servers. They are encrypted and transmitted directly to Razorpay's secure PCI-DSS compliant servers.
• All transactions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption.

6.3 Billing

• You will receive an order confirmation email with your receipt and access details.
• Your credit card statement will show a charge from "Razorpay" or the course provider name.
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

7. Internship & Job Opportunities

7.1 Verification

We verify internship and job opportunities to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee employment or internship placement. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when communicating with employers.

7.2 User Responsibilities

• Provide truthful and accurate information in applications and resumes.
• Do not misrepresent credentials, experience, or qualifications.
• Communicate respectfully with employers and other users.

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff

9. Limitation of Liability

Money Mitra Network, its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Job placement outcomes or salary changes
• Actions of third parties (employers, partners, payment processors)

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Money Mitra Network (courses, articles, videos, logos, design) is the intellectual property of Money Mitra Network or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh.
